Fast food is very popular nowadays. Many people eat fast food because it is convenient and cheap. However, I think this is not good for our health. Fast food contains a lot of fat and sugar, which can cause obesity and other health problems. Moreover, fast food is not nutritious, so people who eat it often may not get enough vitamins and minerals.

In conclusion, I agree that fast food is bad for our health. We should eat more healthy food like fruits and vegetables.
