Band 6.0 Mẫu Đáp Án

Điểm: 6.0 - TR: 5, CC: 6, LR: 6, GRA: 6

There are many reasons why crime happens in society. Some people believe that the government should punish criminals more to reduce crime, while others think that education and jobs are more important. I agree with the latter opinion.

Firstly, education is very important to prevent crime. If people have good education, they will have better jobs and better lives. They will not need to steal or do other bad things. For example, in countries with high education levels, the crime rate is usually lower. Secondly, creating jobs is also important. When people have jobs, they have money and they are busy, so they do not have time to commit crimes.

In conclusion, I think the government should focus on education and jobs to reduce crime. Punishment is not the best solution because it does not solve the root of the problem.

Band 7.0 Mẫu Đáp Án

Điểm: 7.0 - TR: 6, CC: 7, LR: 7, GRA: 7

The issue of crime is a serious problem in many societies. While some argue for harsher punishments, I believe that improving education and creating job opportunities are more effective solutions.

Firstly, education plays a crucial role in preventing crime. Educated individuals are more likely to secure stable employment and lead productive lives. For instance, statistics show that countries with robust education systems tend to have lower crime rates. Secondly, providing job opportunities is essential. Employment not only provides financial stability but also keeps individuals occupied, reducing the likelihood of engaging in criminal activities.

In conclusion, while punishment may deter some criminals, it does not address the root causes of crime. Therefore, I strongly believe that investing in education and job creation is a more sustainable approach to reducing crime.

Band 8.0 Mẫu Đáp Án

Điểm: 8.0 - TR: 7, CC: 8, LR: 8, GRA: 8

The prevalence of crime in contemporary society has sparked a debate regarding the most effective measures to mitigate this issue. While proponents of stringent punishments advocate for harsher penalties, I contend that enhancing educational opportunities and fostering employment prospects are more viable solutions.

Firstly, education serves as a fundamental tool in crime prevention. A well-educated populace is better equipped to secure gainful employment and contribute positively to society. Empirical evidence reveals that nations with advanced education systems consistently exhibit lower crime rates. Moreover, education instills values such as empathy and responsibility, which are instrumental in deterring criminal behavior.

Secondly, the creation of job opportunities is paramount. Employment not only provides financial stability but also fosters a sense of purpose and belonging. Individuals engaged in gainful employment are less likely to resort to criminal activities out of desperation or boredom. For example, initiatives that provide vocational training and job placement services have been shown to significantly reduce recidivism rates.

In conclusion, while punitive measures may have a deterrent effect, they do not address the underlying socio-economic factors that contribute to crime. Therefore, I firmly believe that a multifaceted approach, encompassing both education and employment, is essential for long-term crime reduction.

Band 9.0 Mẫu Đáp Án

Điểm: 9.0 - TR: 8, CC: 9, LR: 9, GRA: 9

The escalating incidence of crime in modern society has engendered a contentious debate regarding the most efficacious strategies to ameliorate this pervasive issue. While proponents of retributive justice advocate for the implementation of more severe penal measures, I posit that a holistic approach, emphasizing educational enrichment and economic empowerment, is more likely to yield sustainable results.

Firstly, education represents a cornerstone in the edifice of crime prevention. A comprehensive educational framework not only equips individuals with the requisite skills to secure gainful employment but also inculcates values such as integrity, empathy, and social responsibility. Empirical data from various jurisdictions attests to the inverse relationship between educational attainment and crime rates. For instance, a study conducted by the Cambridge Assessment English revealed that countries with a high proportion of university graduates exhibit significantly lower levels of criminal activity.

Secondly, the creation of employment opportunities is indispensable. Gainful employment not only provides financial sustenance but also fosters a sense of self-worth and social integration. Individuals who are gainfully employed are less likely to engage in criminal activities, as they have a vested interest in maintaining their employment status and contributing positively to society. For example, initiatives such as the IELTS Fighter program in Vietnam have demonstrated that vocational training and job placement services can substantially reduce recidivism rates.

In conclusion, while punitive measures may serve as a temporizing measure, they do not address the underlying socio-economic disparities that perpetuate criminal behavior. Therefore, I strongly advocate for a paradigm shift towards a more proactive and holistic approach, wherein educational enrichment and economic empowerment are prioritized.
