At first, I didn't think it was a big deal, but I decided to follow her advice. I started taking short breaks every hour and made sure I was eating healthy meals and getting enough sleep. It made a big difference in how I felt and how well I did on my exams. I felt much better and was able to focus more on my studies. I was really grateful for her advice."
