Take an Interview 在托福口语中的位置

旧的 Independent 和 Integrated 口语任务已不在现行考试中。要求你总结讲座或准备 15 秒的练习材料属于旧题型。

45 秒答题结构

1. 直接回答（第一句）： 在前 5 秒给出你的立场或答案。
2. 给出一个理由： 用一两句话解释原因。
3. 补充一个具体例子： 简短、具体的经历或情境能让理由更有说服力。
4. 有时间再收尾： 用一句话回扣问题。提前几秒结束好过重复。

以自然语速，45 秒大约可以说 90–110 个英文单词。一个充分展开的理由比三个仓促的理由更容易在时间内讲完。

原创问题与范例回答

以下问题由 English AIdol 编写，用来展示题目风格，并非托福官方题目。

1. Do you prefer to study alone or with other people? Why?
2. Describe a skill you learned outside school.
3. Some universities record every lecture. Is that a good idea?
4. How might technology change the way students study in the future?

第 3 题范例回答：

I think recording lectures is a good idea, mainly because it helps students review difficult material. For example, in my statistics class last year, the professor explained regression very quickly, and I couldn't take notes fast enough. Because the lecture was recorded, I watched that part again at a slower speed and finally understood the method before the exam. Some people worry that students will stop attending class, but in my experience most students still come, and they use the recordings to check the parts they missed. So overall, I think the benefits are bigger than the risks.

这个回答立即表明立场，用一个具体例子展开一个理由，简要回应反方观点，并在约 100 词内收尾。

回答各部分的实用表达

每种用途记两三个表达，就能立刻开口；再把自己的观点放进去。表达只是辅助，不能代替回答本身。

常见错误

• 冗长的开场： "这是个很有趣的问题，有很多不同观点" 只消耗时间，并没有回答。
• 不贴题的背诵模板： 忽略实际问题的准备好的演讲会降低相关性。
• 思考时沉默： 没有准备时间，先说答案，边讲理由边思考。
• 多个理由都没展开： 45 秒内讲三个理由，通常只是三句空泛的话。
• 回答话题而不是问题： 四个问题话题相同，但各自问的内容不同，要回答那个具体问题。

练习方法

• 设 45 秒计时，不做准备回答一个问题并录音。
• 回放检查：第一句是否回答了问题？有没有具体例子？
• 只改进一点，再回答同一个问题，然后换新问题。
