On one hand, health problems are serious. For example, many people have heart disease and diabetes. These diseases can cause death. Also, healthcare is expensive. Many people cannot afford to go to the doctor. This is a big problem. Governments need to spend more money on hospitals and medicine.
On the other hand, there are other important problems. For example, poverty is a big problem. People who are poor cannot buy food or a house. They also cannot go to school. Education is important for a better life. If people are poor, they cannot have a good life. Also, the environment is a big problem. Pollution is making the air and water dirty. This can cause health problems too. So, we need to solve environmental problems.
In conclusion, health problems are important, but there are other important problems too. Governments need to solve all these problems.
